From our base in Coimbra, we serve all 8 Central Portugal districts with a clear, transparent pricing structure. Subscribers are scheduled on clustered Route Days — with zero travel surcharges on their monthly visit. Below is our zoning fee system for call-outs and services not covered during Route Days.

When IPMA or Civil Protection issue an Orange/Red warning or a fire alert near your property, subscribers pay a reduced rate to have their property checked for damage within 48 hours of the event — on a first-come, first-served basis, and messaged first. Emergency call-out rates apply where securing the home, moving items or evacuation work is required.
