Fire Shield.

When IPMA or Civil Protection issue an Orange/Red warning or a fire alert near your property, subscribers pay a reduced rate to have their property checked for damage within 48 hours of the event — on a first-come, first-served basis, and messaged first. Emergency call-out rates apply where securing the home, moving items or evacuation work is required.

Good to know

What do subscribers get that one-off customers don’t?
Priority scheduling, no travel charge on minor Route Day jobs, discounted Storm & Fire checks, secure key-holding, and included on-the-ground liaison for guests, purchases and services. Non-subscribers are welcome too — but they are scheduled after subscribers, with a travel fee.
How is your pricing structured?
We quote a fixed price for the job, agreed before we start — never an hourly rate. No clock-watching, no surprises. Materials are charged at cost and travel is added via the simple zone system.
How do I know the work is actually being done?
After every visit you receive a full PDF digital report with a condition report, photos & media, so you see exactly what we see. For larger projects we send regular progress updates so you can approve each stage without flying in, and stay updated on the status of your project at all times.
